Unfurnished 117 sq.ft. room in a 2-bedroom, 970 sq.ft. apartment with shared access to living room, kitchen, and bathroom. No in-unit washer/dryer. Second floor unit. Electric and internet bills are to be split between us. Internet is currently $35 and electric bills have varied $13-$90.
