Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate in my great 2 bed/2 bath apt in Los Feliz with the best address. The bathrooms are in each of our rooms so very private. I’ve lived here for 3 years and am looking for someone new to share this great space with. I have all the kitchen and living room things so this would probably work best for someone who isn’t looking to bring them. Furnished with 2 couches, large TV, coffee table, small dining room table, microwave, air fryer, etc. Could be great for someone new to the city or looking for a change up.

Must be 420 and LGBTQ-friendly! Sorry but no pets.

I’m a mid-30s cis female working in People Operations for a tech company. I work from home ~4 days a week. I’m originally and passionately from Tucson, AZ. I moved to LA 3 years ago after 3 years in Brooklyn and 1 year in Sydney prior to that. I love LA and plan to stay here. I love to travel and also have a lot of great friends that come to visit and crash with me here. I’m a Burner (this year was my 5th Burning Man) and also love going to other festivals. Huge fan of music and go to a lot of concerts/events.

I’m looking for someone to really share this space with me. I love to get to know people and expect my new roommate to also become my friend. Would love to cook and eat together when it works out. I occasionally like to have small parties here. I was hosting Lady Rave Cave salon nights for awhile and it’s something I’d love to continue doing (can explain more privately).
