-I have a large Master Bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom home halfway between the Beverly Center and The Grove, three short walkable blocks south of Thirds Street with all the great cafes, restaurants and shopping. There are no other roommates. -I only am there about half of the year since I have a place in Palm Springs where I spend a big part of my time. So you would have the home to yourself about half of the time. -The master bedroom has it’s own private bathroom.
-I have wifi, washer/dryer, central AC/Heat, dishwasher. -Credit/background check required, no pets or couples -All utilities are included in the rental price: wifi, electric, gas, and water. -includes cleaning lady 2x per month

I’m an active guy that loves hiking, biking, working out at the gym and travel. I spend half of my time at my other home in Palm Springs so the house would be yours for about half of each month. Southern boy from Tennessee came to LA to attend Pepperdine University in Malibu where I graduated with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. I ran a successful publishing business for 40 years before retiring a couple of years ago. I’m quiet, clean and organized. Looking for a great roommate to live in my Beverly Grove home. I’m the only other person that lives in the home.
