Spacious private room in gated apartment complex with closet, own bathroom, and covered parking space in a 2 bed, 2 bath, 957 sq ft apartment in south Reno. Internet is $17.50 per person a month, trash/sewer/water is usually around $45 per person an month, and NVEnergy can vary from $40 to $80 per person depending on the season. Living area is furnished with a couch, end tables, coffee table, and dining room table with chairs. Apartment has hall closet, linen closet, full kitchen, dining and living room, and balcony with storage closet. Our current lease is a 1-year ending November 30, 2024. The fee to apply to the apartment complex is $40 and they will run a background/income check. Our total combined income must be 3x the rent, the rent being $1640. I am a 25 year old woman working in a biology lab and looking for another woman in her twenties to take over my roommate’s part of the lease. I am pretty quiet and spend a lot of time in my room and am looking for another relatively quiet person, preferably in their mid to late twenties or early thirties. I prefer the apartment fairly clean, but not strictly so.
