Wikao Street

This is a single bedroom with a private bathroom and an assigned parking spot. The living/dining room and kitchen would be shared. There are also a washer and dryer next to the kitchen. The property has a small fenced-in backyard and the view is a hill covered with plants. The location is close to grocery stores (including Walmart) and pretty much the center of Oahu, so it’s easy to go anywhere on the island.

In addition to the $1200 rent, we would split electricity and internet costs. The lease term is initially for a year, and then converts to monthly.

No pets are allowed, except for documented service animals/ESAs.

I just moved to Oahu in November 23 for work. In my free time I enjoy rock climbing, sewing, camping, reading, and hiking. I like going on adventures with friends, but I also enjoy just chilling out at home. I’m looking for someone who’s also pretty laid back and good at communicating.
