If you do not want to rent the whole house we can talk about just renting one room. 3bed, 2bath house with a decent-sized backyard, gazebo, screened porch, and garage. 10mins from the MCO airport, 10mins from the Florida mall, and 15mins from downtown Orlando, 20-30mins from Disneyworld, Sea World, all the parks. Located in Taft. Plenty of schools close by if you have children. We do not accept dogs in this house. Cats are ok. No smoking in the house at all, Quiet neighborhood. Brand new roof installed just beginning of December 2023 and freshly painted walls inside (as you can see in the photos. We just finished it). This is a great place for family but if not, anyone is welcome. We want to find the right people to rent to. No one that comes with drama (as we live in the house next door).
