You will be taking over my deposit and lease starting February or March. (Whatever works best for you).

You will be required to split utilities 1/2. Parking is included in the rent.
About the roomies
You will be joining Andrew, a software developer who is quiet, clean, and friendly!
He often works from home and prefers quiet hours around 11pm. He cooks, goes to the gym, and is very helpful and communicative!
