This 900sq ft apartment is located on Thousand Oaks Blvd, near the Post Office, Car dealerships and many other restaurants to try. The space will have the shared common areas of the in unit laundry, kitchen, living room, and a private side yard. The room that you will be occupying is the master bedroom with a full bathroom ensuite, and sliding mirror closet.
No pets, smoking, drugs please.
You will need to fill out a application with my landlord for occupancy, and have your credit checked. Rent is a rough estimate without utilities as a new lease will have to be signed.
