Hey there! We are looking to fill a room because our buddy is moving back home! His room can come partially furnished or not.
The bed is a twin on a raised frame, a dresser, possibly a desk but that’s only a maybe - not sure if he intends to take it home or not yet. Rent includes internet, utilities, etc. so it’s a one time a month cost cut and dry. We have a great washer and dryer in the house, a garage turned lounge stacked with seating and a pool table, record player, and mini fridge. We are a VERY laid back house, but keep a clean space and that is something we need from you too! And we are up for being friends or keeping to our own space - whatever feels good and natural all around. We will need a deposit equal to one months rent for the space. Things to know - there are two cats, and we are not up for more pets, and a 9 year old. The kiddo keeps to themself and is rad - they game a lot and are easy going. They will respect your space and you won’t become an interim babysitter - they’re just there kickin it.

We are possibly open to renting out our master with attached bathroom but rent would be 15hundred a month ! If that catches your eye it’s a huge room with mirror closet doors, and lots of room for a bed couch and desk if you really wanna keep to yourself. Lease goes through the end of July, roommate is thinking of leaving either mid February or mid April - can move that around ish if you’re ready sooner or later. If it’s great with everyone here and all that we may stay another year and renew the lease and the possibility of another year at this space could be on the table too :)
