New 4 bedroom home with 2 bath with yard and garage. The room is a carpeted 12x13 space with a closet and your own full bath across the hall from it. I can furnish some things like a dresser and night stand but don’t have a bed for the room. Utilities included with internet and AC.

I have a pretty chill house with a cat and dog along with a fish tank. I work from home most days and have an office for that. I’m a fairly clean person in general and looking for the same. I can be a homebody sometimes and rarely have people over as I’m new to the area and don’t know many people. I don’t drink much and most of the time its only when going out to dinner or special occasion.
