This 3-bedroom house is located in Van Nuys between the 405, the 170, and the 5 freeway. It’s in a cul de sac so very quiet and relaxing. The backyard is equipped with a swimming pool and plenty of parking spots in front of the house. There are two chickens on the side of the house so we have fresh eggs when they are in good mood, and a kitten running around. Each bedroom has its own TV. internet, fireplace, and most importantly drama free area.
