Right near the cliffs in Hpp makuu side. We would be sharing the two bedroom 1 bath unit downstairs. The landlord lives upstairs and will not be around most of the year. I have a dog and 2 cats, so there’s not room for more animals. Washer dryer in the garage, the water is well water. We would also share the responsibility of mowing the lawn.

I’m a 24 year old man, and the landlord is an older man that travels for work. Landlord will want a background and credit check done through a third party. When I did it with him I think I payed a small fee for the check.
