Hey I’m laid back, clean, quiet, cool, I’m a good person who just enjoys good energy/company. I treat my home like my Sanctuary so I don’t have a lot of company and I’d appreciate if you’re the same way. I like to keep my bills low and pay the rent on time so if you’re the same way this will work great! Respect is key, mutual and required.
