This apartment is a two floor, older complex in the heart of Pasadena. Our Landlady ,Tina, is extremely responsive, and fixes everything asap when needed! Gated, small community, with a parking space available. You have two rooms with your space. One can be an office and the other could be a bedroom. Carpet upstairs and hardwood floor downstairs. The bottom floor boasts a big kitchen with a living room area downstairs and dining room. Shared full bathroom upstairs with 2 sinks, and there is also a half bathroom downstairs as well. Literally minutes away from Old Town Pasadena!
