The 11’ x 10’ room comes with the option of FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED, wood flooring, window with blackout curtain, a private bathroom just a short distance down the hallway, keyed door entry, full access to common areas: living room, kitchen, washer/dryer & yard with ample parking located in a nice neighborhood in Fort Walton Beach off of Beal Parkway (in between WalMart and Mary Esther Cutoff). Wi-Fi and all utilities are included. No pets, no kids, no drugs/alcohol, no couples, no drama. Proof of consistent income is required.

About me: I own the home, live here, and rent 2 of the 4 bedrooms. I work as a Security Guard and have lived in FWB since moving here from Chicago in 2010. Typically there will be 3 adults living here year-round.
