I have an unfurnished 10x12 locking, unfurnished room with a large closet to offer that shares one bathroom at this time within my 1200 SQ FT home . The room has a ceiling fan, all bills included within normal usage, basic cable, laundry on site, and one uncovered parking space. Bathroom, shower, and kitchen storage available for each person. Bus line is a few minutes walk away. Shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, and freeway are all only a few minutes drive away. Large private fenced back yard with solar lighting to enjoy during the spring to fall.

I’m a 47 y/o female. I currently live with another quiet roommate and my two cats and have family living a few houses away. I work from home and I am on call for health care jobs in town. I am looking for another clean, respectful, drama free, cat loving roommate. I am adaptable if you are social or like to be more private. My cats are not. They love all the attention they can get. I cannot accommodate other pets, couples, children, or overnight guests at this time. Smoking or vaping is ok outside. I want to be upfront that I do host family dinners about once a month and you are welcome to join. I am also planning some construction this next year such as replacing windows but will try to make it all as quick as possible and will always communicate about plans first.
