Private room with television included. The room has private bathroom accessible to you only. The room had a A/C unit inside but the common areas has forced air only. The apartment has its own washer and dryer included.

I’m active duty military and looking for a roommate to split rent with. I’m a clean person and spend most of my time at work. There isn’t any other parties living in the apartment besides me.
