Ashley's room

I am a newly single mom with two girls. I am looking to rent out the large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. There are two other bedrooms in the house. I will share a room with my two-year-old daughter. Of course he would have full access to the rest of the house. There is a washer and dryer. I am looking for someone who is kid friendly has a good credit score and has steady income. My landlord is charging a $500 deposit for a new tenant along with a $500 lease change to add a new person to the lease so it will be $1000 down.

The room has stuff in it right now, but it will be cleaned out shortly. I just need to move everything over to the other room. The room is very clean and spacious. The bathtub is very nice in there or his, and her sinks.

A little bit about myself I work full-time and also have a cleaning business that I do in the evenings after work and some weekends. I have daycare expenses as well as aftercare expenses, and I just can’t do this on my own. I am a very reliable, trustworthy person and I am very easy to get along with. I am am hoping to find someone that will fit in good with my girls and my cats. Unfortunately, I am unable to allow any more animals here due to my lease but a mom and one kid would work or a single women. I am not completely against having a male roommate, but definitely hesitant.
