Hi all! I’m looking for a female roommate (preferably in their 20’s or early 30’s) to share my 2 bed/3 bath apartment in the Flower Streets of CDM. The room is $1,900 a month and comes with a private bathroom, garage parking spot, and access to a large, downstairs storage area. Details below:

• Room: Private room with private bathroom and access to large downstairs extra room perfect for a home office, working out and storing your things!
• Location: Flower Streets in Corona del Mar, on the ocean side of PCH just 2 blocks from the restaurants and shops on PCH
• Living areas are furnished (you are still welcome to bring your own things!)
• Laundry: in garage
• Parking: garage spot with large storage area inside garage (we have a 4 car tandem garage but the front two spots have been converted into a storage area)

A little bit about me - I’m a young, working professional (mid-twenties) and the only other roomie here. I’ve lived in CDM for two years now and love it! I work in Irvine and am in office 3-4 days a week. When I’m not working, I enjoy going to the gym, trying new restaurants, spending time outside, and of course a good happy hour! I’m clean, responsible, and respectful of others as a roommate.
