Room in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment!

I have lived here for 6 months and really enjoy the amenities and location of this complex! There is a pool, gym, dog park, walking path around the pond, grills, fire pit, and food trucks come on Fridays!

I have been using the second bedroom and bathroom for guests, so there is a bed in the room currently that I plan on selling. The shared space includes a full size fridge, kitchen island, and balcony! The apartment is furnished, but of course can be rearranged to accommodate anything you are moving with.

I recently graduated pharmacy school in Tennessee and moved here for my first job. I am also studying for my pharmacy board exam so I can practice in Florida on the weekends. I am just starting my career and looking for someone to move in that is in a similar place in life. I am an early bird on weekdays, and my weekends are typically spent doing chores, going on outdoor adventures, and laying around doing absolutely nothing.
