The house is located in pueblo west, CO and All utilities and internet is included, access to common areas of the house and the house has three refrigerators if you want to have your own food. Washer and dryer access is also included and basement has its own living room with cable and a tv. Room can be fully furnished for an extra cost or left empty for your belongings. Must be ok with cats as we have three cats in the house. Will require a security deposit and firsts months rent to move in. Ideal roommate is someone who is can maintain a clean roommate and area of the house. LGBTQ+ friendly and is trustworthy. Couples are welcome but cost of rent is per person that is living in the spare room. Can provide pictures of house or schedule a visit.
