Amanda's room

Located within the Stonelake community, the townhouse is a one-level home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry unit, storage closet, and outdoor space. Within the past year, the townhome has been refreshed with new wooded plank flooring, lighting fixtures, dinnerware, furnishings, and artwork to create a comfortable, cozy, and safe living space.

The available room for rent is a private, fully furnished room with an accompanying nightstand, bed frame, mattress, and dresser, along with ample closet space. Additionally, there is a private bathroom attached to your bedroom with a dual shower/tub and ample toiletry storage space.

Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, dining room, and outdoor area. The living room is spacious and idyllic for small gatherings, movie nights, or daytime leisure. In the kitchen, there is a walk-in pantry with plentiful space for food and cooking supplies. The outdoor space contains a seating area and umbrella - perfect for working outside or enjoying the animals that habitat the lake behind the townhome.

There is only one other housemate - me, Amanda, and I am currently in medical school. I live a fairly busy schedule, either working on-campus or studying at home. All I ask is that you are mindful of noise levels during work hours and late at night. Additionally, keeping the home clean and comfortable is important to me, so I expect for you to clean after yourself in the common areas. I have plenty of kitchen appliances, utensils, cutlery, and dishware to share, as well as ample pantry/fridge space for food. Feel free to message me with any questions!
