Hello, I have a 2 bed & 2 full bath apt. You will have an unfurnished bedroom 11’8“ x 10’8“ and private full bathroom. Located on the 3rd floor w/ a balcony, fireplace, washer & dryer. Internet will be included & electric we would split. I have a small very friendly dog so no other animals and it’s a non smoking property. There’s an indoor pool, fitness center, tennis & basketball courts here. Also located 5 minutes away from E.B. & Pfizer. Minimum of 6 months stay. No couples.
