2 sets of bedroom with office available Each person will have their private bedroom and the second private room, which can become an office, art studio, or a private sitting room.

In addition they will have access to the common living and dining rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (shared between 3 people), part of the basement, and a fenced-in, private backyard with a garden and off street parking.

The house is equipped with an alarm system. It is furnished in the common, shared spaces, but the bedrooms and offices are rented empty. We have few pieces of furniture you may be able to use per prior discussion.

Utilities (gas and electric) not included. Shared high speed internet $80 per month split between renters. Included water and garbage.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year lease. Please only apply if you are wiling to:

• have in person interview
• provide drivers license or state ID
• provide SS number for credit check. Minimum score of 650 required.
• provide proof of income showing at least 3x the rent in monthly income. If you cannot, co-signer will be required.
• provide 3 months of bank statements if you are self employed
• provide 2 references. If you rented before one of them needs to be from your landlord
• purchase and provide proof of renters insurance

We are looking for 2 roommates. The current renter is a female psychotherapist, and works primarily from a home office. She is quiet, respectful, and responsible for taking care of her space. She has a cat, who is friendly to people, but not other animals.

We are looking for her to share the space with other women with similar lifestyle/energetics.
