It is located in RiverPark (Oxnard) and is in walking distance to The Collection shopping mall in Oxnard (WholeFoods, Target, movie theater, gym, restaurants, etc:

No pets. No smoking/vaping, no drugs of any kind including recreational drugs, no excess drinking. Looking for a clean and responsible person.

Rent is $1100 which includes utilities and Wi-Fi. Plenty of free street parking. Garage parking is available and negotiable. Six month lease which can be extended if mutually desired. First month’s rent and $1100 deposit to move in.

RiverPark is a safe and family friendly neighborhood with 6 parks, tennis courts, basketball field, walking/biking trails.

There is one dog and one cat in the condo. No more pets allowed.
