Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 5-bedroom 3 bath 2,266 sqft home close to Texas Tech. The home and bedroom are furnished. The bedroom for rent has a new bed frame, mattress, black out curtains, desk, chair, dresser, and a TV. The security deposit has been paid but there is a $200 administration fee.
About the roomies
There are 3 Texas Tech male students. Two are 21 and one is 20. Each has their own room, and you would share a bathroom with one. This is the second year we are rooming together. We have 3 friendly potty trained dogs.
