2 rooms for rent- 1 furnished 1- semi furnished Room are located in a 3 bedroom house, and owner travels frequently and resides in another State. Looking for students or responsible young adults whom are clean. Keyless Entry and Exterior Security Cameras.

Owner wont be in town often, maybe a few times a month. Master is separated from other rooms. House is not occupied as for now with other roomies, but when both rooms are rented there will be 1 other tenant and a full bathroom to share.
