East 13th Street

I have a furnished room available for sublease in East Village, New York City. The room is a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on East 13th Street, between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. I have moved out to go travelling and need someone to take over my lease, which runs until August 31st.

The room comes equipped with a full sized bed, desk, office chair, monitor, AC unit, rug, extension chord, wardrobe, drawers and shelves.

The rent is $1,648 per month, with a security deposit of one month’s rent required. The total due at move-in is first month’s rent plus deposit. Then subsequent payments are due on the first of each month. ConEd and WIFI is handled separately from rent between the tenants.

The apartment is in a great location – it’s close to Union Square which has great train access. It’s a lively and convenient area to live in.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two 25-year-old guys. One is a tennis coach and the other works in recruitment. They’re both easygoing, clean and respectful.
