Alice's room

My home is 15 minutes or less to the Denver International Airport. Near by there are plenty of grocery/shopping places, the light rail and bus line. The property was build in 2018 and I keep it guest ready ie very clean. The room is furnished with a double door closet, a newly purchased twin bed and a futon or you can add a small desk. The bathroom is 90% all yours and 10% we/others might use it. There are no pets and no kids here.

My husband and I live here with an occasional guest. We are busy 35+ couple who have been together for 8+ years. We do have our own bathroom and space.
