This lovely 3 bed, 2.5 bath house has a huge front porch, back porch, and yard. You will have the entire upstairs to yourself which includes two bedrooms, laundry, and a bathroom with a large vanity, two sinks, and a deep shower tub. The upstairs also includes two cute nooks where you could set up a desk or cozy reading area. The house is fully furnished downstairs with a large sectional, and open floor plan. The location is excellent, only 5 minutes to the Biltmore Village and 8 minutes to downtown Asheville!

I am a 25 year old student at UNCA studying psychology and serving in a fine dining restaurant on the weekends. I have two sweet cats, Sunny and Juniper who are very friendly, clean and stay downstairs. The living space is fully furnished and I keep it nice and clean. I enjoy cooking, painting, hula hooping, hiking, swimming, and relaxing with a good book or movie. I appreciate open communication and would love someone who does the same. I would love someone who would enjoy hanging out sometimes, but I will always respect your privacy and space.
