The house is located in the very desirable unit 50 near Bayside in a quiet neighborhood. The house is located in an ultra-quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes of the interstate. There is a pool with a lanai and outdoor furniture next to the Tiki Hut marble bar and area, with a smoker and Blackstone grill to use, perfect for entertaining. I am an easy-going, straight guy that loves to have fun. I prefer to have things clean and in order, but I’m not a clean freak. The house has been updated with new floors, new appliances: refrigerator, double-oven, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. There are two large-screen TVs: one in the Pool room overlooking the pool and one in the front living room. Your bedroom is furnished with: a double bed, dresser and a closet as well as a recliner. There is plenty of parking and a large yard with banana, orange, grapefruit, lemon, mango, avacado, and fig trees, as well as a dragon fruit arbor that I get 40-50 fruit from a season.

I am mature, quiet and like things in order. Very easy going straight guy that likes to stay busy with projects around the house. I am an artist, with an online business selling art and trying to grow it. I cook, but would rather not and usually eat out. Love to just have fun and kick back.
