Great 2 bedroom and private bath available to rent. The house is brand new with new appliances, 2 car garage and a nice backyard situated on 1.25 acres of land. I am looking for someone who doesn’t smoke, is respectful and quiet. I work from home so prefer someone who is gone during the day for work\school or works nights and sleeps during the day.
