It is also by a bus stop and only a 2 minute ride on the L to union square, so getting places in the city is pretty quick and easy. The apartment has a dish washer, stainless steel appliances, AC & heat, as well as your own personal closet. Utilities are included in the rent. The building has an electronic doorman, an elevator, and washers and dryers.
