Hi all! I have a sunny private room in a lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath rowhouse in DC available in early January. I’m moving to be closer to a new job, but I’ve really enjoyed the neighborhood and the house. The rent is $1,105 per month plus utilities which are about $100 per person.

The neighborhood has a very fun, artistic culture and the house is within walking distance to a bunch of shops and restaurants as well as the Brookland and Rhode Island Ave metro stations on the redline.

The house is available in January and we are flexible on the move-in date. The room is unfurnished and the living room and dining area are furnished. If you work remotely, you can put a desk in the den area or in your room (there is plenty of space) depending on what works best for you. You would share a full bathroom with one housemate and have access to the half bath. Our landlord would add you to the current lease which ends on June 30th (with the option to renew)

You’d be living with my housemates, two kind and fun women in their mid-twenties interested in travel and baking (which the whole house benefits from!)

They are both respectful and tidy - the common areas in the photos are how the house always looks. They will also occasionally host movie nights on the big TV in the living room!
