There are two living rooms both have 65 in TVs, there is a massage chair in one of the living rooms. Full kitchen,laundry, and private bathroom also. Driveway parking available. There is a 65 inch TV and a ping pong table and fire pit on the Lanai with seating to enjoy the outdoors.

I’am a 65 year old man and am retired, easy going, I’am a non-smoker, do not do drugs or drink. I love boating, scuba-diving, going to the gym, playing ping pong, pool, bowling, tennis and travel. I live alone in this 4-bedroom home. Long time member of AA as well.
