Jaruchan's room

Safe & Quiet 3 story town home located North Charlottesville behind the Target shopping center and minutes from everything including the airport.

You will be renting a room with shared bath and access to communal areas (kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry and some storage space.)

***Room is furnished with more than just a nightstand, I had to break down the bed for the last tenant.

There are 3 adults here that all work outside of the home. The townhouse is quiet, everyone keeps primarily to themselves. I also have a dog (Plott Hound) so you must like dogs. Happy to answer questions.
