I have a furnished bedroom available for an easy going, mature female to share my home. The lease is month to month, beginning February 1. The property is a 2 bed, 1 bath ground level condominium with a comfortable patio area. In-unit laundry facilities are available for your use. I can’t accommodate pets of any kind, sorry. Free parking and access to the community pool is included. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and within walking distance to Town Center.

I am a retired single woman with an active social life. I am often away from home on overnight or multi-night travels. I keep the home neat and clean and will ask my roomie to clean up after herself as well.
