This is an unfurnished room with private restroom currently being used as an office but will remove everything. You will have restroom to yourself. Property is a 3 bedroom with 2 bath and has an on-site laundry and the pool and jacuzzi are open seasonally. Very clean spot with small backyard. Unit is walking distance to stores and parks. The unit is quiet and peaceful, non smoking and would like to keep it that way.

Hi I am a single mom and have a young teenage son. I work from home and have no pets. Love being festive for the holidays and very easygoing and very clean. This room is being used as an office but there is no need for it as I can work from my room and this is just an extra room not being used. Must have employment outside the home. No pets or overnight guests sorry and lease would be month to month terms. I am really laid back and easygoing, let me know your situation and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Take care.
