I’m the owner of the house, am a responsible adult female and I work from home but I use the master bedroom. The other roommate is a gentleman who works outside, very calm and respectful. We don’t smoke, we don’t drink alcohol, we don’t use recreational drugs. The other Roommate has 2 rotating days off and I do have 2 days off assigned, so we agree to do the laundry and give space to those who need to wash on their days off or we manage to make it possible . Also to use the stove we respect each other but we can use it at the same time using the spaces well and you can also cook BBQ if you wish. The house must be kept clean as well as the bathroom, but we have a good system.
