I will give new roommate the master bedroom with private bathroom, ceiling fan- room is large enough for king size bed, plus nightstands etc. The apartment has plenty of parking and is on the second floor. NO SMOKERS! Roommate MUST pay rent to me by the 1st of every month and be responsible/mature. Rent includes WiFi, water, washer/dryer in unit and electricity. Apartment does have central AC/heat. With the exception of your room- the apartment is completely furnished. I’m needing to rent ASAP because I had just signed a lease for this apartment with a dear friend, and 2 days after signing it, she was transferred to a different state.
