Duy's room

Your space: lower level of the townhouse which is completely private. PRIVATE living room with a wood-burning fireplace, one bedroom, private bathroom with shared laundry space. Garage plus driveway for parking or storage. Both the backyard and garage can be accessed from your living room. The only shared space would be our beautiful kitchen with a large island. We’re super friendly and welcome the use of our common area! Once you sign the lease we’re hoping you can feel comfy and truly at home! The house; ~1,600 square feet. The townhome is two stories with a two car garage and back patio with a yard. Community pool available during the summer. Community garden plots are also available! Must be comfortable with two cutie good-mannered cats.

Crystal — an elementary school childcare provider who works from home frequently! I love to eat and cook! On Sundays or Mondays I’m typically in the kitchen for hours listening to r&b or a true crime doc while I meal prep for the week. I am also frequently out at the gym as another one of my hobbies is strength training. I consider myself very outgoing, considerate and easy to get along with. Duy — Medical assistant that works M-F typical 9-5. I am also a veteran of the Army that served for six years. Me and my wife both love and listen to all types of music. I enjoy PC games, live music, and good eats. I’m not the most talkative but I am super friendly.
