Hello, (hola, tambien hablo español) we have a room available for rent January 1st. Single tenancy no pets, we have 1 outdoor indoor kitty already. The room is furnished with a tv , bed and a mini fridge, you can rearrange the room to your liking and bring your own furniture ofcourse.

This is a quiet home located near bus lines, restaurants and grocery stores only minutes away. We prefer a working professional that like a peaceful, no drama environment and want to come home to relax. Must pass background check, deposit is $500 and rent is $750.
