Paige's room

This room is not currently ready to rent — it should be ready by February, could be sooner!! I have a roommate right now that will be leaving soonish.

Private furnished room with shared bathroom. 2br 1bath house with unfenced backyard, back porch and long driveway. Street parking is also available. Located 10 mins from downtown and very close to other shopping plazas. Convenient location, quick drive to anywhere in Fayetteville. Washer & dryer in house and internet is included.

Neighborhood is generally pretty quiet, although it is a busy street. I’m friends with one of my neighbors who has some outdoor cats. Dogs aren’t necessarily a problem, but I would have to see how my cat reacts to them if you have one.

Hi :-) I’m 29 and I have a little kitten.. I work during the day 5 days a week, and I’m kind of a homebody when I’m not at work. (I also work from home!) I’m generally a couch & chill kinda girly…but love to jam to music in the mornings, during the shower & on my cleaning/off days. I don’t drink alcohol at all— there isn’t an issue with it being in the house, but I prefer NOT to live with a heavy drinker. Potential guests would be a few of my friends and/or my boyfriend. Game nights are occasional if you’re down to join. We can also not hang out— I don’t mind either way but let’s not be awkward strangers. I like true crime, adult cartoons and other fun stuff. My mom comes to visit from out of state sometimes and when she does, I will sleep on the couch while she takes my room. I’m not a huge cook (like at all) so if you cook that’s a huge bonus.
