All common areas will be shared excluding office/studio on first floor. The home also has wi-fi, W/D, air conditioning and heating, spacious backyard, air fryer, dishwasher, and a pool table in the garage. There’s also additional storage space in the garage. The home is located in the newly, beautifully developed K section (University District) of Rohnert Park where there is a large community park with two basketball courts, a soccer field, softball field and within walking distance to SSU and the Green Music Center. We are looking for a responsible person that could contribute to our positive and peaceful household. Proof of income, valid photo identification and $500 deposit will be required at the time of move in. Rent will be $1400/month plus contribution towards utilities.
