The house with rooms to rent is located in West Chester, specifically the Beckett Ridge area. I have two bedrooms and one bathroom for rent. I am looking for a single roommate. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are not furnished, but the shared living spaces are furnished. The pictures of the two bedrooms and bathroom are a little messy because the current tenant is in the process of moving out. Before moving in, I will have the carpets steam cleaned, the bathroom deep cleaned, and any needed repairs will be fixed. The living room has 1 couch, 2 loveseats, 1 chair, record player, 2 end tables, and a coffee table. The tv has a Roku, and I have my Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, and Paramount+ logged in to share. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, gas stove/oven, and a dishwasher. There is a table with 6 chairs and an island with 3 barstools. There are also small appliances like a drip coffee pot, slow cooker, griddle, and a few others. I have dishes, silverware, and cooking ware to share. There is a small laundry room with a washer and a dryer. The covered front porch has porch furniture. The driveway has two covered parking spots. There is a small yard and shed.

It is required to pass a background check to be able to live in the neighborhood. The neighborhood has a clubhouse available to rent, a pool, and a very small gym. There are community events throughout the year like a pool party and monthly bingo nights.

The rent is $600/month, and it is due on the first of the month. Utilities are $150/month. The safety deposit is one month’s rent.

Hi, I’m Casey. I am about to be 28 years old. I am looking for a roommate to help with some of my finances. I also typically just enjoy having a roommate to keep company. I enjoy movie nights, listening to music, and game nights. I like a roommate who also enjoys doing these things, but it isn’t required. I currently work two part time jobs because I start a virtual grad school program in January. I have a small dog who is a chihuahua/jack Russell mix. I, unfortunately, cannot allow a tenant to have a pet like a dog or cat because my dog does not get along well with other animals. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me!
