Hi! Looking for two preferably female roommates to rent 2 rooms in a quiet community, the lease is for 1 year and it’s $700ish monthly + utilities + $600 deposit! we have a shared bathroom/shower/kitchen and in unit laundry and ask to keep the shared spaces clean, It will just be me (22) since my other roommates aren’t resigning the lease. I work quite a bit and tend to keep to myself but also love hanging out! I do allow friends/overnight guests we just ask for a quick head up! And it’s a less then 5 min walk from the Lynnwood transit center and less then 10 min drive from Alderwood mall!
