Kelley's room

The unit is a three story townhouse. The basement floor includes storage space and a washer and dryer. The second floor includes a kitchen, dining room, half bath, living room and large deck overlooking wooded conservation land. There’s a great horned owl that lives in the woods who hoots sometimes, deer and wild rabbits about. I hang bird feeders off the deck so there are always wild birds to watch. The third floor includes a full bath, two bedrooms and a hall closet. The available bedroom has a spacious closet and a window. Although the townhouse does not have central ac/heating, there is a window ac unit available for the warmer months. There is free off-street parking and a trash dumpster. However, no recycling is currently offered. The unit is located about 10 minutes from the Lancaster town line, Walmart, Lowes, Aldi and Tractor Supply. Market Basket is about 15 minutes away as well.

About me: At the moment, I am a part-time paralegal working three days a week. I am currently looking for a second job but right now I am home two days a week. I am an animal lover and I have three free-roaming house rabbits. Rabbit fur and hay are included in the living situation so if you are allergic to either, this may not be the right situation. It is my intention to teach stained glass classes a couple evenings a week in the basement so there will be students coming in and out of the house some evenings. I am home most evenings.

About you: Non-smoker. Non-drug user. You are a professional, mentally and emotionally stable woman who loves animals but does not have any pets. My rabbits are my life and I have to trust that you will not harm or harass my rabbits but you’ll be able to enjoy their company if you wish. You are a responsible, rational normal adult capable of paying rent on time. Drama is not your game. You are not a slut with a parade of sexual partners in and out of the house.
