I am looking for a live in handyman/construction worker to help upgrade my mobile home, getting it ready to sell…work is trade for free rent. Upgrades will take 1-2 years. Small bedroom, furnished. I pay for all the product, you do the work.

I’m a clean and tidy person and you have to be too. No pets allowed. Must be animal friendly. Must have your own job and transportation. No probation or parolees. You need to be an upstanding citizen. I will check job reference, personal references and criminal background check. And I have references too, just ask. You are getting a chance to save money with your pay job so you can get a fresh start and ready to move comfortably out at time I sell. NOTE, I am NOT looking for a boyfriend, just a live in handyman/ construction person.

You will need your driver’s license and social security card, rental history, and $20 background fee. Job reference and personal references and a family member contact information for emergency purposes.

I am 51 years old, retired Animal Rescue. I have a few cats and a few dogs. I’m a home body. I’m a great cook and will provide a meal occasionally. I will do all floors and paint myself. I am easy to get along with but not easy to get over on. I’m getting ready to move to Colorado to be closer to my grand kids. I don’t drink or do drugs of any kind. I do not have a criminal record and I have references, just ask. I’ve lived in ELDON for 20 years and know most people here, it’s like family. I have a motherly personality, a problem solver, a christian at heart, a mother of 1 and a few grand kids. Most importantly… I’m an honest person.
