My wife and I are renting a bedroom and private bathroom, not connected, in our 3/2 home. The room is around 12x12 and is available January 1st. The current occupant is in the process of moving out, which is why there are still some things in the room.

Rent is $1000 for a single person, and $650 per person for a couple. The price includes utilities plus full shared access to the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Washer and Dryer are available as well. You will have your own parking space. No pets, no kids. Absolutely zero drug tolerance, very serious. Proof of income is a must! First month plus half of last month’s rent due in order to move in, a total of $1,500.

I am 34 and my wife is 29. We are pretty laid-back people, and we lead pretty quiet lives. We are not into the party atmosphere. You can have guests but please keep it reasonable and no big parties. I work as a teacher from home and my wife is in construction.
