About the room

My wife and I are renting a bedroom and private bathroom, not connected, in our 3/2 home. The room is around 12x12 and is available August1st. The current occupant is in the process of moving out, which is why there are still some things in the room.
Rent is $1000 for a single person, and $650 per person for a couple. The price includes utilities plus full shared access to the kitchen, dining room, Wifi, and washer/dryer. You will have your own parking space. No pets, no kids. Absolutely zero drug tolerance, very serious. No background or credit check required, just have a steady job and clean up after yourself is all we request.
About the roomies
I am 37, and my wife is 32. We are pretty laid-back people, and we lead pretty quiet lives. We are not into the party atmosphere. You can have guests, but please keep it reasonable and no big parties. I work as a teacher from home, and my wife is in construction.
