Justin's room

This private room is 10’ 6“ x 9’ 10“, and the closet space is about 24“ x 58“ (there are sliding doors for the closet that are sitting in the garage and can be put back if you want). You’ll share a bathroom with one other person who will be staying across the hall from you!

The house is a really great space with a big back and front patio space, two car garage (we’ve mostly used for storage but can absolutely be moved around to accommodate a car, although there is parking in the driveway and always ample street parking),with laundry in unit.

The neighborhood is a very safe, quiet cul-de-sac with a bunch of families and other mixtures of students/professionals and veterans. Very close to a lot of great food spots of all types (sushi, pho, Indian, pizza, Mexican)! Small shopping plaza a short walking distance away, and a short drive to UCSD.

My wife and I are moving out of the primary bedroom as we are moving to the Bay Area! We really loved living in this house and getting to make the space our own. My wife’s brother will be staying in the room across the hall from your room, and we have a recently graduated working professional moving in to take our room when we move out on January 3rd.
